A 20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking, 80% balance due 4 weeks before arrival or payment in full if booking within the 6 week period.
A damage waiver is required which is refundable 2 weeks after holiday has ended, providing no damage or loss has been caused.
Bed Linen and towels are supplied. Towels must not be removed from apartment. Any towels or linen lost or damaged will be chargeable.
Cleaning and Laundry extra and payable locally on arrival.
