A 20% non-remboursable est due au moment de la réservation, solde de 80% en raison de 4 semaines avant l'arrivée ou le paiement intégral si la réservation dans le délai de 6 semaines.
A 200 EUR levée de dommages est nécessaire, qui est remboursable 2 semaines après la fête est terminée, si aucun dégât ou perte a été causée.
Linge de lit et les serviettes sont fournis. Serviettes ne doivent pas être retirés de l'appartement. Toutes les serviettes ou des draps perdus ou endommagés seront à la charge.

#93 Fantastic holiday
Spent two weeks in August 2014 at this apartment in Marina D'Or. The apartment was great for a family or 5, having two bathrooms was really useful and the pull out settee/bed was very comfortable. Good views of the sea and mountains from the spacious balcony plus lots of room to dry laundry and swimwear. The sea and beach are clean and quite sandy compared to many other local beaches also if you want to stay off the sand you can lie on the grassy areas under a tree for shade. It is a large resort, much larger than what we would usually choose but the mosaic around the site is fabulous and a lot of attention to detail. Great location for easy access to the N340 and lots of places to visit. Booking and payment was very simple, Helen sent very clear easy to follow instructions on location of the apartment and local amenities and was always quick to respond to any queries. fantastic holiday, thanks Helen. bonjour madame , je suis je reviens vers vous concernant notre location dans vos appartement de oropesa del mar ( vistamar 3 ) nous avons Grace a vous passé un super séjour dans votre appartement tout était très bien pas de surprise bonne situation, station tranquille , bonne exposition de l'appartement , bon équipement , appréciable la climatisation , vous faire d'autre réservation dans les année a venir , merci salutations au plaisir .

I stayed at this apartment with my 6 year old twins. The apartment is light, spacious and well equipped. The boys loved the jacuzzi bath. It is located in a lovely unspoilt resort, right on the beach with a large supermarket nearby. The boys enjoyed the kids section of the shared swimming pool and the unusual mosaic statues in the gardens. It seemed to be mainly Spanish families on holiday here, so it is a good choice if you want to get away from it all. A Spanish phrasebook would definately come in handy as English was not widely spoken but the Spanish were welcoming to us and appreciated my attempts at the language! I hope to go again someday.
#21 A great place to stay
I have stayed twice now at this apartment. Once in April 2009 and again in July 2010. The resort was very quiet in April, but we had a car and found some lovely places to visit nearby (especially recommend a trip to Peniscola). In July the resort was much busier with loads of restaurants and bars to choose from and entertainment some nights in the gardens. The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and bright with a big balcony to sit on - we ate in quite a bit so the big supermarket behind the apartment blocks was really useful. Shame the swimming pool doesn't have sun beds round (they have them on the beach) but this wasn't too much of a problem as we bought cheap lilo's in Oropesa and lay on them. I will definately return and wouldn't hesitate to rent this apartment again.
