A 20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking, 80% balance due 4 weeks before arrival or payment in full if booking within the 6 week period.
A £200 damage waiver is required which is refundable 2 weeks after holiday has ended, providing no damage or loss has been caused.
Bed Linen and towels are supplied. Towels must not be removed from apartment. Any towels or linen lost or damaged will be chargeable.
Cleaning and Laundry extra and payable locally on arrival.

Nearest town of Oropesa del Mar - 5 mins drive/20 mins walk along the promenade. Neighbouring town of Benicassim and mountain walks - 10/15 mins drive. Larger town of Castellon - 20 mins drive. National Park beach - 5 mins drive. Valencia - 1 hours drive. Barcelona - 2 hours drive. Delta del Ebro (most important wetland in the western Mediterranean) - 40 mins drive. This region of Spain is known as Orange Blossom Coast because of the many orange groves along this coastline of Costa del Azahar. The climate offers an almost year-round appeal, with temperatures rarely dropping below 12 degrees in the winter months, and hovering around 40 degrees in the summer and benefiting from the warmer mediterranean sea, as opposed to other Atlantic coasts if Spain.
Enticing excursions take you to miles of stunning beaches; fantastic mountain walks enjoying spectacular views; Delta del Ebro, the most important wetland in the western Mediterranean, housing almost 325 species of birds; San Jose Caves housing with the longest navigable underground river (a must for families) - this attraction also has a great restaurant, shops and stalls to browse; local golf courses.
